The staff are always very pleasant, the wait is not long and Dr. Zubek is super nice and competent.
They are extremely prompt which is rare for a dermotology office. Doctor and staff could not have been nicer.
Almost 1 month we wait for 5min appointment. We called the office to tell them we are going to be late 30min,no one answer the phone..then the 2nd time we called before the appointment time and tell them: "we are going to be late" . Ok she said but you have to wait. Ok. we agree. ...When we went there she told us we cannot accept you in this time doc is busy!!!! ... However, why you told in the phone you have to wait and when we arrived there did not accept us, is this fair????
