I called to get half a link put back on my watch as well as other things (I had the link parts) and they told me they have to wait for their jeweler to come in to do it in a few days. I have seen links being put on and removed... its a simple handheld tool. A monkey could do it. Why would I go and get 90% of the watch jobs done that I needed and come back the next day just to put on half a link? Rediculous.
